Builds Aerios, an airport operations platform, and Netra, its multi-tenant identity and access management service.

• Created the Aerios web platform's monorepo in Oct 2023 and built it single-handedly for over two years into a multi-tenant airport operations suite with 3 applications, 25 shared libraries, and 80+ routes.
• Re-architected the monolithic application into 5 independently licensable product modules with per-organization entitlements, feature gating, and bundle-level code splitting.
• Designed and built Netra, a multi-tenant identity and access management service on Fastify and Better Auth, with organization RBAC, custom roles, emailed invitations, seat licensing, JWT and JWKS tokens, service accounts, and an audit log, documented in 10 architecture decision records.
• Removed a per-request authorization round-trip for downstream services by carrying organization permissions in signed JWT claims, and moved session and rate-limit hot paths from PostgreSQL to Redis.
• Replaced 30-second polling with Server-Sent Events so every open screen reflects a colleague's change within about a second. A three-way merge keeps concurrent flight edits from overwriting each other.
• Fixed a 14-second browser freeze on an allocation board by profiling with Chrome DevTools and bounding a scheduling library's date iteration. Calendar rebuilds per drag-and-drop dropped from up to 5 to 1.
• Migrated the frontend from REST to GraphQL (Apollo Client, GraphQL Code Generator) one domain at a time across 20+ resources.
• Built live airside tracking of aircraft and ground vehicles on Leaflet maps, fed by a Node.js Kafka-to-Socket.IO service, along with flight replay, METAR weather, and NOTAM views.
• Set up CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Vitest, and Playwright, and shipped 13 versioned releases with Changesets, each with an SBOM.
• Also built three more company products in the same monorepo: Blipper, a fleet-tracking portal; DigiField, a field-inspection app; and the company's marketing website.

Java backend engineer on ManageEngine OpManager MSP, a network monitoring platform for managed service providers.

• Built and maintained Java backend features for OpManager MSP's distributed Central, Probe, and Agent architecture and delivered 20+ customer-requested enterprise features.
• Fixed WebSocket connection failures between Central, Probe, and Agent servers, including a stack overflow in the WebSocket layer; real-time connection complaints fell by 95% and server memory use went down.
• Owned MSP user management and fixed user synchronization between Probe and Central servers; partnered with the RMM team on user, probe, and customer sync across the MSP-RMM integration.
• Diagnosed production issues in live debugging sessions with enterprise customers (Java stack traces, logs, MS SQL and PostgreSQL) and reduced the open bug backlog by 50%+.
